MS ODBC Driver from ora 7.3.4 truncing numbers in SP function

I'm calling a function inside a package, and it seems that when I pass
in a number like 100.44, it turns it i nto 100.00 in the table.  I
have the table defined as NUMBER(13,4).  When I call this same
function thru a anoymous block, just using sql, it works fine.  Anyone
have any ideas?
