Hi ,

we are still experiencing strange connect problems:

Client: Linux 8.0.5
Server: Oracle 7.3.3 (AIX)
Result: tnsping and connect work fine

Client: Linux 8.0.5

Server: Oracle 7.3.2 and Oracle 7.3.4 (Solaris) Result: tnsping works fine, connect won't work Oracle error messages: 1017 (login denied) from one Linux client and 1034 (Oracle not available) from other Linux client. Other clients can connect flawlessly.

Is there a way to debug this error?

Regards!
