Ora-Web:How to read error message

Hello
I am a beginner in Oracle Web and I have an error message that I don't understand:

OWS-05101: Agent : execution failed due to Oracle error 6550
ORA-06550: line 1, column 77:
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'SCREEN1'
ORA-06550: line 1, column 77:

PL/SQL: Statement ignored

When I look at the number of arguments in the call and in the procedure SCREEN1 they look good. I think that this error message means something else than it tells me.

Can anyone explain to me how I have to read the message? Thanks for your help.
