You can download some Tests from the Oracle Homepage. But those questions does not appear in the real Certification Test. These are only test questions. I´m Oracle Certified and can give you the following advise: learn very very much

A very good book learning for the Exam is the one from Oracle Press called "DBA Certification Exam Guide".
