Check the Oracle Y2000 White Paper. Oracle recommends that customers upgrade to 7.3.4 or Oracle8 to maintain the highest level of support. See Note 3.1 on Page 20 in the Y2k Document.

I think: Oracle 7.3.3 is Y2000 save, but Oracle is desupporting this Release on 31.Dec.1999.
