Pro-C and Java calling Stored Proc with PLSQL Tables

I have a Stored Package that returns a PLSQL Table.  How do I reference
the PLSQL table from a Pro-C and Java Call?  Can someone give me an
example?  I will be returning many rows in the PLSQL Table.
