ora8.0.3, odbc, delphi 4 gpf..

personal oracle 8.0.3.0.0, delphi 4

we've got problems with above named combo:

a simple query like

	query.text:='select * from t_table';
	query.open;

via odbc results in an access violation in kernel32.dll (win95)

problem seems to be the oracle 8 client as machines with ora 7 client can access the personal oracle on that machine w/out any problems.

any ideas?
