Re: Help Net8 errors

The Beq protocol is only for local connections, e.g. SQLPLUS on the same machine as the server. If you're using Oracle 8 then you should have several GUI network configuration utilities - Net8 Assistant etc. to help you configure a TCP/IP or other NET8 link.
