Hi all,


The error (ora-00602 : internal programming exception) arises in
Oracle7.3  for NetWare4.11  at attempt of junction with a database,
after reboot of a oracle instance.


 But if to open database in a condition startup nomount, shutdown, and
to start anew in a condition startup, the junction passes successfully
How to decide this problem?
