Hi,

    I don't get your problem. Oracle automatically handles tables locking. If one user inserts, updates or delets row from the table Oracle creates shared lock on the table and exclusive lock on the row that is currently performed. The only
thing that you should take into consideration is the right growth of rollback segments.
