ReConnect after System (Network) crash

Hello,

A user is logged and powers down (by a exception, network failure e.g.) his computer.

SESSIONS_PER_USER is set to 1

Now he reboots and tries to connect to Oracle or he tries to reconnect after restarting
the application (in Case of network malfunction). He gets the Message, that he is already connected. Whats to do, in this cases.
