ORA-06401

We are running Oracle 8.0.5 on Solaris 2.7.
We have a new user trying to connect with a Windows Client and is
receiving the following error:



ORA-06401 NETCMN:  Invalid driver designator



I can't really find anything in regards to this error, and what I do
find seems pretty generic.



Any suggestions as to what could be wrong?
