Error installing Oracle734 on Solaris2.6

I am receiving the following error while trying to install Oracle RDBMS 7.3.4 Server on Solaris 2.6.

Creating crdb2734.sql database catalog and file creation script
- ERROR: The 'CREATE DATABASE' statement for the 734 database failed. egrep failed to find '%create_db_key_words%' in the file: /apps/oracle/admin/734/create/crdb734.lst

I can find the crdb2734.sql script but I can not find the crdb2734.lst file on the file sytem or the CDROM. Is this a Oracle mistake? Has anyone seen this before?
