I'm running oracle webserver 3.0.1.1, oracle 7.4 on a windows NT 4 server (with service pack 5)

I'm having a problem with the listener accessing a database instance...every so often it is stopped and a message box appears :

"Dr watson error wwwlistener30.exe access violation" or something to that effect.

Having checked on metalink Oracle say that this problem is caused by the listeners beinmg started in the wrong sequence but this is not true as i start them with the owsctl utility at the command prompt in the specifierd order

Can anyone help????

Thanks......
