Can anyone help?

I am running oracle web server 3.0.1.1 on Windows NT 4.0 (service pack 5)

The webserver is accessing an Oracle 7.4 database...

every so often the Dr Watson antivirus message box flashes up saying :

"wwwlsnr30.exe access violation"

This kills the listener that access the database.

Having looked on metalink It says that this problem occurs when the listeners are started out of sequence...

.But the listeners are started via the command line and always in sequence...

Thanks....
