Hello Mike,

    when i login as root and typed :- sysdiag. I got the following message, The online diagnostic system has been replaced by product called Support Tools Manager(STM). when I entered STM it gives internal error..

I typed :- sysmap ---------the message is sh not found.

If you have any idea what could be the problem.
