Installing 8i on HPUX 11 without ANCI C?

Has anyone succesfully installed Oracle 8i without having the HP ANSI C
compiler installed?



I've installed all required patches to LD and Make but now I keep
getting out of memory errors during the make of ins_rdbms.mk.
