Stupid question about platforms?

H i,

Can:
Oracle Developer Server 6.0 for Oracle 8.0.5.1 on Compaq Tru64 UNIX (Digital UNIX) 4.0D, 4.0E
run on:
OSF1 Dbsrv5 V4.0 1229 alpha

And is a difference between Tru64 and OSF?

Sorry for stupitidy, but i do not have any info about digital's computers.
