ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcbbzo

Has anybody seen the following problem before and can shed some light into what happened.

The instance was running fine and then shut itself down. I was able to restart it without any problems but the entries in the alert files don't tell me anything. Details of H/W and S/w are in the second trace file.
