IIS 4 & OAS 4.0.8 & NT SP5

I need to run IIS 4.0 and Oracle Application Server 4.0.8 on the same NT server. OAS 4.0.8 is to service an entire application written in Oracle PL/SQL procedures that interacts with an Oracle database. IIS 4 will work with a DLL to access LDAP. For OAS 4.0.8 to work properly on NT 4.0, SP5 must be applied.

I applied NT SP4 on the server and loaded OAS 4.0.8. I was going to apply SP5 on the server, but now I find that IIS 4 has problems. I cannot stop/re-start the WWW Publishing service because when I highlight the service, the start/stop buttons are BOTH greyed out.
