Multiple sequencer bumps

I still have no solution to my problem, so I'm restating it in simpler fashion.

I need over 1,000,000 bumps of a sequence. The sequence is set to increment by 1. I do not have permission to alter the sequence (so I can not change the increment_by parameter). I'd rather not make over 1,000,000 calls to the sequence.

How do I do this.
