bypass INTERNAL password

how can i bypass the password for the Oracle8 "Internal" user ?

need to run some sql scripts where the database often needs to be shutdown und startup again.
The script often terminates with errors because INTERNAL needs to reconnect to the dbs but access is denied !

What`s the sql - hint on that ?
