Re: oracle8i with linux + listener

I had simnilar problem on Solaris box. Thanks to your advice Lotar I fixed it. But I stil have one HP-UX server where tnslsnr is runnig with oracle privileges. I think this is a question of oracle user rights to other system files (/var directory ?????)
