What you could do. ( do not know if this is the ideal plan )

If necessary install NT server.

                    install backup software.

Install the oracle software. ( Not just restore, because of the registry )

Restore the database files, control files , log files , init<SID>.ora.

Recreate the service via oradim73 ( eg on server 73 )

Start the database.

If available, do recovery using the archive log files.
