DBSTART/DBSHUT in AIX HACMP

I having a problem with dbstart / dbshut of my database in a HACMP enviroment. Does anyone have a script to do this, or does anyone know how to solve this problem. I'm experiencing the same difficulty with the listener when it comes to failover.
