Probably not since Mindspring is one of the big supporters of the rights of spammers.

This technique is used quite often on adult-oriented newsgroups to force the browser to open a window for an adult-oriented website. Not only that, but if you close the window it will automatically open another. You close that and it will open another. I've see this go on for about 10 times before I finally got everything killed.
