hello, we have the following error, when starting oracle :

SQLDBA> Connected.
SQLDBA> ORACLE instance started.
Database mounted.

ORA-01122: database file 8 failed verification check
ORA-01110: data file 8: '/home/dbf_files/ZIS.dbf'
ORA-01207: file is more recent than control file - old control file

what is exactly wrong? what to solve this?
