Oracle offers its training on CDs. Go to http://education.oracle.com/tbt/ocp8.html for more details.

The CDs aren't cheap, but they're a lot cheaper than Oracle's in-class courses. You may be able to find someone to split the cost with you or, better yet, someone from whom you can "borrow" them.
