Oracle 8i "Most parallelized"?

Hi:

A technical data sheet on Oracle's web site states that Oracle 8i parallelizes more operations than any other database. Before I relay that to any customers, I would like to know where that comes from. An Oracle internal survey? A magazine analysis? What? Does anyone from Oracle have any ideas on this?
