Multi Processors

I have a Dell Poweredge 6100 - Quad Pentium Pro 200 system - NT4.0
Server with Service pack 5 - I am running Oracle 7.3.4 Enterprise
Server and cannot get Oracle to use more than one processor.  NT sees
the processors.  Is there a setting, special install, etc. that Oracle
needs in order to take advantage of multi processors.
