I finally got OAS 4.0.7.1 up and running but I still can't get
the oasmgr to run via the browser. I get page not found errors.
I can see the page in the admin directory, so I know its there.
My DBA wants to configure a PL/SQL cartridge for the
server. Is there a command line way to do this until I figure
out how to get the OASMGR running? I have both
Netscape 4.6 and IE5 and cannot get it to open in
either browser. Thanks, and thanks to those
