While I must say that I am not that familiar with VB and ASP interaction with Oracle Reports if any, for generation of web reports with good usage of Oracle stored procedures, Oracle Reports would be a good alternative. Even Business Objects works well with oracle stored procedures and is easy to put out on the web.
