E-commerce Top five

Hi,
I am doing some research on the the 5 most important issues critical to an e-commerce
site and how databases relate (help) to the issues. So far I think the 5 most important issues are: Availability, scalability, performance, content management, and security.

I will appreciate comments from e-commerce people on this. Thanks.
