Enterprise vs Server Oracle8 on NT?

What are the major differences between Oracle 8 Workgroup Server and Enterprise Edition?

I got the following from Oracle8/WINNT Black Book: (Items missing from Workgroup Server):

Incremental Backup & Recovery: What Oracle tool does this refer to? Is the tool missing, or is the option missing from the tool?
Point in time tablespace Recovery Does this mean that you can only recover using the whole redo log file instead of a just part of it? Does Enterprise add a timestamp to the redo logs??
