Oracle 'Inteligent' Agent (DBSNMP)

Does anyone have experience with running the Oracle Inteligent Agent (7.3.4) on Solaris 7 ?

I can't get it to work. I wonder if someone did. It starts up fine, but when discovering with OEM several <defunct> processes appear in the proces list.

Any help or suggestions appreciated.
