Invoking Oracle 8i CORBA components using Sun JDK 1.2

Having loaded a CORBA component into Oracle 8i  (loadjava then publish) I
want to :



    
  
  1.   Obtain the component's IOR
  
  2.   Use this IOR to invoke the component using plain JDK 1.2






Can anyone tell me how to do these 2 things ?
