Please refer to http://technet.oracle.com You need to subscribe, but that's free. The oldest doc you will find there for AIX is the IUG for 7.3.3, but I'm almost sure the procedure didn't change. Just to let you know: you should be aware 7.3.4 is the only supported version within Oracle 7.
