One thing I would say is to build at least a couple of test harnesses at around 100 Gb to test critical Oracle features as best you can. It's surprising how 'small' side-effects can suddenly become very large when the database becomes large enough:

    e.g.

        What happens at 600 partitions and 5 indices
        Can bitmap indices become a liability
