Hi,

With no other informaton, except what you have told us, if everything else is OK, ie:

- you've analyzed all other informations regarding statistics on the server
- there is no corruption on the database
- the querry was optimizede, so the execution plan is correct
- you have changed the degree of parallelism to an apppropirate one (you
have alot of CPU-s there)
- in youre execution plan everything is OK,

try :

  1. analyze your schema with compute (if possible) or with estimate and an appropriate percentage
  2. analyze once again all your database to detect any corruption (dbverify) if any

If nothing help, please provide us more info regarding statistics, and this special querrry.
