yes.....put unless you specified 'autogrow' on the system tablespace (bad idea) when you created it won;t use any unised disk space.

A couple of pointers
1) its a bad idea from a performance pointer of view to use 'system' for storing your application data.
2) red-lines in EM are not a good pointer to resource usage - have a look at the numbers instead.
