These are the backend processes communicating with clients on remote PCs or workstations.
If you are running dedicated server in sqlnet, you should be able to map up v$session and v$process. The former has the client info the latter the server side info. And of course, they are not 43 M each, because this figure includes shared Solaris memory as well.
