table constraints

Hello,

I have been using the table user_constraints, to obtain information concerning constraints on tables. The information from this table is minimal and I am wondering if there is a table(*) which provides more detail. Is there a table(s) that contains the following constraint information?

   check condition
   referenced schema
   referenced table
   referenced column
