Nuno,

when applying your recommendations, why should memory usage be much better now. What is changed inside NT?
But will I still have the same performance if a lot of clients are connecting to the server at once?

Have you tried setting your NT for Application Server instead of the default?

Go to control panel, d-click on Network, look for Server and click on it, then select Properties. See that radio-button list? Pick application server. Click OK, close all, then re-boot. Should be much betta now.
