After enlarge the memory

We are running two instances with Oracle 7.3.2 under Solaris 2.5.1 in a
sparc E3000 with 256M memory.


And we want to upgrade our machine to E4500 with 1G memory. Is there any
files or parameters need to change? Thanks.
