ora - 12705 while connecting.

Hi Gurus,
 I have a problem while connecting to an Oracle Server through a client on a NT box. Whenever I try to connect either through ODBC or through SQL*Net it gives me a
ora 12705
12705, 00000, "invalid or unknown NLS parameter value specified"
// *Cause: The NLS parameter value specified in an alter session
statement
// is not valid or not implemented.
// *Action:

I do not know what is wrong . I can connect to the server from all the other boxes. I cannot connect to any box from this particular machine. It gives me the same error. Any ideas, insights, experiences will be appreciated. Please also try to reply on the email address.
