Could someone please explain accurately what exactly 'BLOCK GETS' and 'CONSISTANT GETS' refers to under this view? I believe i know wha they mean but if someone that is 100% sure can explain this that would be wonderful. Also 'Physical Reads' would be great too. I have heard different answers to this.
