Hallo Lennart,

  1. I suggest you start the listener without nohup and without the ampersand. The listener should terminate normally after starting its background processes. If not, probably something else is wrong.
  2. Do not kill the listener. Do a "lsnrctl stop". This should cleanly terminate the listener.
