Context installation problem

I'm trying to get Context 2.3/Oracle 7.3.4/Solaris running. I installed the package with orainst without problems. The quickstart section of the manual says that the role CTXAPP must be granted to the user. However this role is not available. Which scripts in ORACLE_HOME/ctx/admin must be run to get the Context package initialized correctly ?
