If you are using Oracle 8i, and I think that you are. (svrmgr30)

You can do anything in sqlplus that you can with svrmgr30.

so...

sqlplus internal/oracle @script.sql par1 par2 par3

Inside of the script refer to par1 par2 and par3 as the bind variables :1 :2 :3.
