Export Only Tables

Hi all,
 I have a strange requirement where I need to export a users tables (and only tables and nothing else like views,synonyms etc). The users tables can be changing all the time and the export has to be non-interactive. Does anybody know of a parfile setting or do I need a shell script ? Does anyone know where such a script or an example of the same exists. We are on 7.3.4 on Digital UNIX. Any comments ,experiences,suggestions welcome.
